+slowmode
+slowmode <off/duration> [channel]: Changes the duration of the slowmode on a channel (max 6h)
Durations: 10s, 1m, 2h… off removes the slow mode. Without a channel, it is the one you're in; it only applies to text channels.
Examples: +slowmode 10s, +slowmode 1m #general, +slowmode off
