The blacklist bans a member from every server the bot is on, and bans them again if they come back.

+bl @member reasonadds them. For someone who isn't on any of your servers, give their ID.+blon its own shows the list,+blinfo @memberthe details for one member.+unbl @membertakes them off the blacklist: they stay banned where they are, but won't be banned again.+clear blempties the list.
You can only blacklist a member of a lower level than yours on this server, or of the same level if they don't have access to +bl themselves (+help permissions). The bot's owners can't be blacklisted.
