Getting your bot verified by Discord
When your bot goes over 10,000 users, Discord asks for a form to keep its access: here it is, already filled in, ready to copy.
To work properly, your bot uses three special Discord accesses, the privileged intents: seeing members, seeing their status, and reading messages. They are the three switches you turned on when creating the token.
Does this concern you?
As long as your bot reaches fewer than 10,000 users, you have nothing to do. Discord counts users, no longer servers (the old 100-server threshold has not been used since June 2026).
From 10,000 users, Discord asks you to fill in a form to keep these accesses:
- you are told by e-mail or by a Discord private message, and by an alert on the developer portal;
- you have 90 days to send the form;
- during the review, your bot keeps working normally, and can still join new servers;
- without a form within 90 days, the accesses are removed: most of the bot's features stop. You can still apply later.
Filling in the form
Good news: you have nothing to write. The form below is already filled in for a Gestion V2; all that's left is to copy it.
- Open the Discord developer portal and choose your bot's application.
- Open the request form (Request Intents), from the alert shown on your application or the link in the notification.
- For each field, click Copy below, then paste into the field of the same name on Discord. Pick the same answers in the drop-down lists.
- Tick the three intents, accept the terms, then click Submit.
Adjust if needed
These answers describe a standard Gestion V2. If a feature they mention doesn't apply to you, remove it from the text before sending.
Once a year
Once access is granted, Discord asks you to renew the request every year; you will be warned before the deadline. This request is separate from Discord's "app verification".

You have the following limited intents and may apply for their full intents: Server Members Intent, Message Content Intent, Presence Intent.
