+sticky: Keeps a message at the bottom of a channel
The bot opens the sticky messages panel: the list of the channels that have one, and a menu to choose a channel.
For each channel, the message is either simple mode (an optional title and a text, sent as an embed) or a linked custom, for embeds, buttons or components; a custom that opens a form cannot be linked. The message is sent as soon as you save it; Remove deletes the sticky and its last message.
A sticky works in text, announcement and voice channels, threads and forum posts. It never mentions anyone, even if the linked custom contains mentions, and bots' messages do not make it come back.
