Commands: Role menus
The "Role menus" commands: what they do, their arguments and examples.
A role menu lets your members pick their own roles: games, notifications, colours…
The step-by-step guide
Creating a role menu walks you through it.
+rolemenu
+rolemenu [ID]: Creates or modifies a role menu using an interactive menu
The panel sets:
- the channel, and the message holding the menu: an embed sent by the bot, the channel's last message, or a message picked by its ID (make one with
+embed); - the style: reactions, buttons or a dropdown menu;
- the roles, one by one, each with its emoji or text;
- Multiple: several roles or only one (adult or minor, not both);
- the type: a click gives the role, takes it away, or both;
- a condition: roles to have, or not to have; a member who no longer meets it loses the menu's roles.
+rolemenu ID edits an existing menu, with its message's ID. To verify new members, use +join settings instead.
The levels and names shown are the original ones: your server may have changed them (permissions, +alias). Every Gestion V2 command
