Commands: Logs
The "Logs" commands: what they do, their arguments and examples.
Logs keep track of what happens on the server, each in its own channel:
+modlog on #mod-logs: sanctions and moderation actions.+set modlogspicks which ones show up.+messagelog on #message-logs: deleted and edited messages.+voicelog on #voice-logs: voice activity, who joins, leaves or switches channels.+boostlog on #boost-logs: the server's boosts.+rolelog on #role-logs: roles given and taken away, and by whom.
Without a channel, the command uses the one you're in; off stops the log.
+autoconfiglog creates at once a "Logs" category with a channel for each log that doesn't have one yet (the antiraid's included), hidden from members.
+nolog add #channel takes a channel out of the message logs, or a voice channel out of the voice logs: handy for a private staff channel.
The step-by-step guide
Server logs walks you through it.
+modlog
+modlog <on/off> [channel]: Turns moderation logs on (in a channel) or off
Without a channel, on picks the one you're in. Sanctions go there (warn, mute, kick, ban, and their ends), what the automoderation and the antihack catch, unbans… +set modlogs picks which.
Examples: +modlog on #mod-logs, +modlog off
+set modlogs
+set modlogs: Configures which actions are logged in the moderation logs
The command opens a panel of switches, one per kind of event. On by default: sanctions and their ends, temporary roles, automoderation, antihack, strikes, verifications. Off: notes, +clear, +renew and voice disconnections.
+messagelog
+messagelog <on/off> [channel]: Turns logs for deleted or edited messages on (in a channel) or off
The channel gets every deleted or edited message, with its content before and after. Channels added to +nolog aren't logged.
Examples: +messagelog on #message-logs, +messagelog off
+voicelog
+voicelog <on/off> [channel]: Turns voice activity logs on (in a channel) or off
The channel gets who joins, leaves or switches voice channels, and the members moved or disconnected by a moderator. Voice channels added to +nolog aren't logged.
Example: +voicelog on #voice-logs
+boostlog
+boostlog <on/off> [channel]: Turns boost logs on (in a channel) or off
The channel gets every new boost, and every member who removes theirs.
Example: +boostlog on #boost-logs
+rolelog
+rolelog <on/off> [channel]: Turns role logs on (in a channel) or off
The channel gets every role given to or taken from a member, with who did it and the reason given.
Example: +rolelog on #role-logs
+autoconfiglog
+autoconfiglog: Automatically creates a channel for each type of logs
After a confirmation, the bot creates a "Logs" category with a channel for each log that doesn't have one yet (moderation, voice, messages, boosts, roles, antiraid), hidden from members, and moves the existing ones into it.
+nolog
+nolog <add/del> [channel]: Turns off or on messages logs or voice logs for one channel
A text channel added leaves the message logs, a voice channel leaves the voice logs. Without a channel, it is the one you're in.
Examples: +nolog add #staff, +nolog del #staff
