+clear deletes messages in a channel, +clear limit sets how many at once, and +renew empties a whole channel, old messages included.

+clear
+clear [number] [member]: Deletes messages from the current channel. If a member is specified, only their messages are deleted
On its own, +clear deletes as many messages as the limit allows (500 by default, +clear limit). If the moderation logs are on, the deleted messages are sent there in a file.
Discord doesn't let bots delete messages older than 2 weeks in one go: use +renew then.

+clear limit <number>: Modifies the maximum number of messages that can be deleted by the clear command
The limit is 500 by default. This command needs a higher permission than +clear, so a moderator can't raise their own limit.
Example: +clear limit 1000
