+button <add/del> <link>: Adds/removes a decoration button on a message from the bot
The link is the bot message's (right-click the message, then "Copy Message Link"). add opens an editor: text, emoji, link or plain decoration button, colour. del removes the message's button, or lets you pick which one if there are several.
