Simple mode: the channel, the message and the embed, and whether to delete Discord's boost message; +help msg lists the variables.
Advanced mode: tiers by the number of boosts added at once, each running a custom command (+custom), for example a special thank-you from 2 boosts.
The bot reacts to Discord's boost message: turn it on in the server settings (system messages channel).

The bot tells you if something is missing: Discord's boost messages turned off in the server settings, or +boostembed not set up yet.
