+autoreact <add/del> <channel> <emoji>: Adds/removes a reaction to be automatically added to each messages posted in a specific channel
A channel can have 5 emojis at most; del removes the ones given.
Examples: +autoreact add #suggestions 👍 👎, +autoreact del #suggestions 👎

+autoreact list: Shows all autoreacts on the server
