Activity statistics
The activity of each member, each channel and the server, in messages and in voice, the most active, graphs and inactive members.
On this page
Crow Tools counts each member's messages and time in voice, channel by channel. You see who keeps the server alive, which channels are the busiest, and how activity changes over time. Crow Tools answers in French: this guide quotes its messages as they appear.
In short
;stats user @member: a member's activity;;stats best 7: the most active members and channels of the last 7 days;;graph 15d join leave: arrivals and departures of the last 15 days, as a graph.
What the bot counts
The bot counts activity from the moment the server is in its whitelist:
- messages: a member who sends several messages very quickly only has one counted, according to the delay set with
;cooldown(10 seconds by default); - time in voice: a member who has deafened themselves doesn't count. The server's AFK channel is left out of the server's statistics.
These commands are public: your members use them in the public channels.
A member, a channel, the server
;stats user @member: when the account was created and when they joined the server, their messages and time in voice over the last 24 hours, 7, 15 and 30 days, and their favourite channels. Without a member, it's you;;stats channel #channel: the activity of a text or voice channel over the same periods, and its most active members. Without a channel, the one you're in;;stats server: the number of members active in text and in voice, the members, and the whole server's activity.
The most active
;stats best shows the most active members in text and in voice, and the busiest channels, over the last 30 days. Pick another period: ;stats best 7 (in days), ;stats best 12h, ;stats best 90m. The period goes from 2 minutes to 60 days.
To reward the most active member automatically, see star roles.
Graphs
;graph draws the server's activity over time. Add words to choose what to draw:
The period (30 days by default):
day: the last 24 hours, hour by hour;month: the last 30 days;- a number of hours or days:
48h(up to 1,440 hours),15d(up to 60 days).
What is drawn:
members: the member count;join, leaveandtotal: arrivals, departures, and the difference between the two; they combine:;graph 15d join leave;messages: the messages sent;voice: the time spent in voice.
For messages and voice, add members or channels (mention, ID or name) to draw only them: ;graph 7d messages @Alex #general. If a name matches several members or channels, the bot asks you which one.
Inactive members
;inactif 30d (administrators) counts the members who sent no message in 30 days, those who didn't go into voice, and those who did nothing at all. Write the duration in m, h or d.
Clearing the statistics
;reset all stats (owners) resets every member's messages and voice time on the server. XP and invites don't change.
No going back
Cleared statistics don't come back.
If it doesn't work
- "Vous devez ajouter ce serveur à la whitelist pour avoir accès aux statistiques" (you must add this server to the whitelist): use
;wl add. - The numbers are lower than expected: messages sent too quickly only count once (
;cooldown), and activity from before the bot was turned on isn't counted. - "Impossible de tracer un graphe avec un seul point" (can't draw a graph with a single point): pick a period of at least 2 hours or 2 days.
